• Oxford Properties is seeking a Utility Worker position for a site in Washington, DC.  Candidates must possess a High School diploma and any additional training that would apply to a Building Maintenance position.  A minimum of 1 - 3 years of related experience.  The candidate must have knowledge of plumbing fixture operation, repair and maintenance.  General handyman skills, experience with hand tools and power tools, and demonstrate good communication skills and computer literacy.  The Utility Worker will be responsible for the following:  General upkeep and maintenance of the building – Inspect for building repairs, make simple repairs, and escalate more complex repairs to the Senior Engineer.
